Travel in the current world health environment requires a collaborative social contract; we all need to do our part. As we look forward to hosting you, we are carefully considering all of the things that we can do to keep us all safe and healthy. However, we need you to be our partners in this endeavor.

Masking Policy

At Asheville River Cabins, masks are no longer required for staff and visitors alike unless required by local or state ordinance. We remain committed to personal choice and support your individual decision to wear or not wear a mask.

Housekeeping & Sanitation Practices

During this time we are striving to do everything as “invisibly” as possible, and are limiting staff interactions with guests and guest rooms as much as possible. As such, for your safety and ours, in most locations our daily housekeeping is restricted to every third day of your stay. If you are there for 1-2 nights, we will not be doing housekeeping refreshes unless specifically requested. (The property will communicate with guests directly if these protocols differ at their location.)

Our team will continue to use industry-leading sanitation practices and products in all areas of the property.
